Before the summer officially ends, I'm sharing with you my Peach Cobbler recipe! It's a simple recipe and it's good for the hot days. I love Peach Cobbler especially when it's eaten with some vanilla ice cream (which is also my favorite ice cream flavor by the way).
This recipe is a simple one and it's not too sweet as well, which I LOVE! This is a recipe that's good to make if you still have excess peaches or even overripe ones.
HOW LONG IS THE SHELF LIFE?
Shelf life, when put in the fridge, can last to up to 10 days.

In an air tight container either in the fridge.
Simple & Easy Peach Cobbler
Serves: 6 Peach Cobbler Slices
Ingredients:
Peach Filling:
❑ 3-4 pieces of Peaches (sliced)
❑ 2 tbsp of Brown Sugar
❑ 2 tbsp of White Sugar
❑ 1/2 tsp of Cinnamon Powder
❑ 1 tbsp of Lemon Juice
Topping:
❑ 3/4 Cup of Flour
❑ 3 tbsp of Brown Sugar
❑ 2 tbsp of White Sugar
❑ 1/2 tsp of Cinnamon Powder
❑ 1/2 tsp of Baking Powder
❑ 1/4 Cup of Cubed Butter
❑ 1/4 Cup of Milk
Directions:
☞STEP 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F.
☞STEP 2: Make the filling.
With your sliced peaches, add some brown sugar, white sugar, lemon juice and some cinnamon powder. Mix until well-combined.
Set aside so it can "marinade" for a while.
☞STEP 3: Make the topping.
Add the flour, brown sugar, white sugar, cinnamon powder, and baking powder and mix together.
☞STEP 4: Add the cubed butter to the dry mixture by gently massaging it. Stop when it's all clumpy and can hold a shape when squeezed in your hands.
☞STEP 5: Add the milk and give it one last mix until everything is well-incorporated.
☞STEP 6: Add the peach filling to any container and top it off with the topping you made.
☞STEP 8: Pop in the oven for about 35-40 minutes.
When done, let it cool off for about 10 minutes before eating it as is or serving it with ice cream. ENJOY! :)
