Chocolate Cupcakes are one of my favorite cupcake flavors because I grew up just loving anything chocolate. These are moist and fluffy and you can put any buttercream flavor that you want! In this recipe, I used a Mocha Buttercream Frosting and it tasted so good!

HOW LONG IS THE SHELF LIFE?
Shelf life, when put in the fridge, can last to up to 10 days.
HOW TO STORE THEM?
In an air tight container in the fridge.
Moist Chocolate Cupcakes (with Mocha Buttercream Frosting)
Makes: 12 Big Cupcakes or 24 Mini-Cupcakes
Ingredients:
Chocolate Cupcakes:
❑ 1 1/2 Cup of All-Purpose Flour
❑ 1/2 Cup of White Sugar
❑ 1/2 Cup of Brown Sugar
❑ 1/4 Cup of Cocoa Powder
❑ 1/2 tsp of Baking Powder
❑ 1/2 tsp of Baking Soda
❑ 1 tsp of Salt
❑ 1/2 Cup of Milk (Room Temperature)
❑ 1 tbsp of Vinegar
❑ 1/2 Cup of Canola Oil (or any Vegetable Oil)
❑ 1 egg
❑ 1 tsp of Vanilla Exract
❑ 1/4 Cup of Coffee
Mocha Buttercream Frosting:
Directions:
☞STEP 1: Pre-heat the oven to 350°F and prepare your cupcake pan by putting the cupcake liners.
☞STEP 2: Mix your milk and vinegar together and let it sit for at least 2 minutes.
☞STEP 3: Add the milk + vinegar mixture with oil, white sugar, and brown sugar. Give it a good mix.
☞STEP 4: Add the rest of the wet ingredients which are egg, vanilla extract, and coffee.
☞STEP 5: Lastly, add the dry ingredients: flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix it until it's well-incorporated.
☞STEP 6: Scoop the cupcake batter into equal parts using either an ice cream scooper or even your measuring cup, depending on what you have.
☞STEP 7: Pop the cupcakes in the oven for about 18-24 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the middle.
☞STEP 8: Let it cool down for about 30 minutes to an hour before frosting it with any buttercream frosting you desire and ENJOY! :)
