These are the fudgy-est butterscotch brownies you'll ever make! Whenever I think of butterscotch, it's always something that's kinda chewy and dense and so I made this recipe especially for that fact.
This is easy to do with little ingredients that are mostly available in your pantry. It's delicious and if you add double the amount of salt, it'll taste like salted caramel brownies as well!

❑ 1 Cup of Melted Butter
❑ 2 Cups of Brown Sugar
❑ 2 Eggs
❑ 2 tsp of Vanilla Extract
❑ 1 3/4 Cups of All-Purpose Flour
❑ 1/2 tsp of Baking Powder
❑ 1 tsp of Salt
❑ 1 Cup of White Chocolate Chips
Directions:
☞STEP 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Oil and place a parchment paper on your pan as well.
☞STEP 2: Mix the melted butter and brown sugar together until well incorporated.
☞STEP 3: Add the eggs and vanilla extract and mix again.
☞STEP 4: Now add the dry ingredients which are flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until it forms into this batter, making sure there's no clumps.
☞STEP 5: Add the white chocolate chips and fold into the batter.
☞STEP 6: Pour the batter in the brownie pan and make sure that it's evenly distributed.
☞STEP 7: Place your bread pan filled with the batter in the oven and cook for around 55 minutes to 1 hour, depending on your bread pan size.
NOTE: To check whether it's cooked or not yet, poke a stick (toothpick) in the brownie and if it comes out clean then it's cooked.
☞STEP 8: Let it cool in the fridge for at least 40 minutes or in the freezer for at least 20 minutes before cutting it into equal sizes.
ENJOY!
