
Brown Butter isn't really as popularly used as just regular butter but honestly, the taste difference is immaculate. When you make brown butter, it'll give your baked good this nutty aroma and taste which will, especially go well with banana.
Today, I'm sharing with you my favorite brown butter banana bar recipe, it's easy and not just the right amount of sweetness and banana-ness.
HOW LONG IS THE SHELF LIFE?
Shelf life, when put in the fridge, can last to up to 8 days.
HOW TO STORE THEM?
In an air tight container in the fridge.

Easy Brown Butter Banana Bars
Makes: 18-piece Brown Butter Banana Bars
Ingredients:
❑ 1 Cup of Brown Butter
❑ 2 Cups of Brown Sugar
❑ 3 Eggs
❑ 2 tsp of Vanilla Extract
❑ 2 Cups of Mashed Bananas (about 4 Large Bananas)
❑ 2 Cups of Flour
❑ 1/2 tsp of Baking Powder
❑ 1/2 tsp of Salt
Directions:
☞STEP 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Oil and place a parchment paper on your pan.
☞STEP 2: Mix the brown butter and brown sugar together until well incorporated.
☞STEP 3: Add the eggs, vanilla extract, and mashed bananas and mix again.
☞STEP 4: Now add the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until it forms into this batter, making sure there's no clumps.
☞STEP 5: Pour the batter in the pan and make sure that it's evenly distributed.
☞STEP 6: Place your bread pan filled with the batter in the oven and cook for around 55 minutes to 1 hour, depending on your bread pan size.
NOTE: To check whether it's cooked or not yet, poke a stick (toothpick) in the bars and if it comes out clean then it's cooked.
☞STEP 7: Let it cool in the fridge for at least 40 minutes or in the freezer for at least 20 minutes before cutting it into equal sizes.
